What we offer

We offer a bespoke service, which means that we will provide the service that suits you – after all, it is your wedding!

While we have a tried and tested service proposal that works for many couples, we are happy to take a flexible approach and welcome your ideas. One thing is always the same, however; we pride ourselves on providing a personal service to our customers; we are, and have always been, a family business. Whatever you choose, your personal Wedding List Manager is there to work with you to make sure that both gift selection and purchasing are enjoyable.

Your Wedding List

We stock more than ten thousand products in our shop so it can be difficult to know where to start. That’s why at your initial appointment your Wedding List Manager will guide you through how to decide what to put on your wish list according to your needs and lifestyle, and provide expert advice as and when you require it. It’s basically like having a personal shopper, without having to pay! Furthermore, whilst we are open seven days a week, if you prefer, we can arrange a time outside normal opening hours where you can have the run of the shop.

After this appointment, we will prepare your final Wedding List within forty-eight hours and once you have confirmed you are happy with it, it’s ready for your guests to start buying your gifts. We can decide together how you want to let your guests know that we hold your Wedding List and how to access it.

We promise that your guests will receive the same expert, personal service that we give you and we’ll help them make the right choice of gift. We hold all of the gifts together at our shop and deliver them beautifully gift-wrapped with personalised gift cards to your chosen address; be that your home, a family member’s home or your wedding venue. Of course, you are also welcome to pick them up from our shop.

Our Wedding Gift to You

We also have a wedding gift for you - as a thank you for holding your Wedding List with us, and a warm ‘congratulations’ on your marriage. We will give you a handsome voucher for 10% of your guests’ cumulative spend from your Wedding List to redeem against anything you like in the shop. You could use it to buy any remaining items from your list or use at a later date, as it’s valid for 12 months.

For those short on time… our Gift Planner Service

We also offer a Gift Planner service, for those to whom time is precious. We understand that there is a lot to organise when planning a wedding and in some cases work commitments simply don’t afford the time to select all the gifts yourselves. Or you may be having a very short engagement leaving you little time to get everything done. With our Gift Planner service we take the pressure off and you can tick one more thing off your long list of ‘things to do’.

It involves a discussion by phone, or in person, to gain an insight into your needs, style, and what cookware you already have. Using our expertise we then create a Wedding List for you. If when you receive your gifts you find that there are any you would prefer not to keep, you are absolutely free to can swap for something else. Phone. Talk. Done. As Gordon Ramsey would say!
