To make your kitchen richer Marcato thought of Regina: a manual machine to make short pasta by extrusion made totally in ABS and chromium-plated steel for foodstuffs. This product comes with five interchangeable dies for rigatoni, maccheroni, maccheroncini, bucatini and fusilli. Other dies for long pasta like bigoli, spaghetti and Japanese pasta (Soba, Udòn) are available on request. Thanks to the practical accessory Mixing Kit, Regina can be transformed into a mixer making 800g of superb dough for bread, pasta and biscuits in just a few minutes.
