From 1st August - 20th September we are offering you the chance to win a day cooking with David Everitt-Matthias at his Michelin-starred restaurant Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham.

Every All Clad pan you purchase online or in store during this period will entitle you to one entry into the draw. You can enter as many times as you like!

All Clad pans are used by professional chefs the world over.  David Everitt-Matthias, 2 Michelin starred owner and chef at Le Champignon Sauvage says: "I have been using All-Clad pans in both my main kitchen and my home kitchen for some 3 years now.  I have not come across a better pan: solid construction that will last a lifetime, easy to keep clean and wonderfully designed.  I am truly impressed with this fantastic product."

Chef and owner, David Everitt-Matthias has never missed a day's service at the restaurant since he and wife Helen opened its doors 25 years ago. The prize on offer is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for anyone passionate about food and cookery.

Award-winning modern french restaurant, Le Champignon Sauvage is one of only five restaurants in England, outside London, to be awarded 2 Michelin stars. It is one of only 15 UK-wide.  In April this year, Le Champignon Sauvage was named Best Restaurant in the Gourmet Britain Awards - a nationwide search for the best eatery, beating Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's. David has published 2 books - 'Essence' and 'Dessert' - the latter of which has been awarded second place in the Gourmand Awards World's Best Cookbook of the Year 2010.
